With a 25-year legacy in the rail and manufacturing industries—including leadership roles at Norfolk Southern, Caterpillar, GE Transportation, and Wabtec—Shawn brings a wealth of operational expertise, strategic insight, and people-first leadership to the world of property management.

A Penn State graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, he has built a reputation for solving complex problems with methodical precision and for leading high-performing teams through change and growth. Today, he channels that same discipline and drive into helping property owners and investors protect and grow their assets through reliable, transparent, and relationship-centered service.

Beyond the office, Shawn is a devoted husband to Jennifer—who leads a global regulatory team at Honeywell—and a proud father to three children: Noah, Hailey, and Abby. Whether he’s cheering from the sidelines at a soccer match, applauding a school concert, or celebrating academic milestones, Shawn finds deep joy in supporting his kids’ passions and growth. Around the house, he’s hands-on with home improvement projects and is currently transforming his cherished high school Foxbody Mustang into a streetable drag car—a nod to his lifelong love of motorsports.

Embracing the mindset of “Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable,” Shawn approaches both business and life with a learner’s heart, a builder’s mindset, and a relentless commitment to growth.
